【GPD Pocket】電話番号登録についてのメールが来た話

先日、indiegogoというクラウドファウンディングサイトで「GPD Pocket」に出資しました。

写真の通り超小型ノートPCです。
小型で話題になったVAIO type Pを彷彿とさせますね。

普段はMacbook Airを使用していますが、もっと気軽に持ち運べるサイズのノートが欲しかったんですよね。
このサイズと軽さだとスペックが低いのかと思いきやメモリを8GB積んでいるのを知り出資を即決しました。

後は発送を待つだけ…
と思っていたら昨日、GPDから以下のような英文メールが送られてきました。

Dear Backer

This is kendy from GPD company.
Really grateful for your support.^^

This email is a notice to add phone number.
Please pay attention to add your phone number in your GPD Pocket order of Indiegogo.
As because there haven't have a specified place to put the phone number.
So we suggest to put all of the detail address on address line 1 and add the phone number on the address line 2.
Attached is the instruction of how to add the phone number,please check it as your kind reference.

This step is very important. If there is no phone number within your address.
The transport company will refused to ship your package.
So we can only delay the delivery until you add the phone number.

要するに、注文情報に電話番号を登録しておかないと運送業者が取り扱いを拒否する可能性があるので登録してねという事らしい。

indiegogoでは電話番号を入力する欄が無いので「Address Line2」に電話番号を記入しておけば良いみたいです。

＜電話番号の入力方法＞

indiegogoにログインした後、右上のメニューから「My Contributions」を選択

次に「View Order Details」を選択

次に「EDIT SHIPPING ADDRESS」を選択

「ADDRESS LINE2」に電話番号を入力してSAVEボタンを押せば完了です。

形式としては「tel: xxxxxxxxxxx」のように記載しておけば良いみたいです。

クラウドファウンディングに出資するのは初めてなので不安でしたが
GPDは「GPD WIN」というゲームパッド付きPCの実績があるので背中を押されました。

発送は6月らしいので楽しみに待っています＾＾
